We offer European Union free shipping on any order over 60 EUR.
5 EUR for any order under 60 EUR
10 EUR for any order under 60 EUR

* Please note that shipments outside the European Union (EU) might be subject of import taxes in your own country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days from the date the order was submitted by you through www.aypa-spa.com (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays).
As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to your email address provided on the order. If you do not receive one, please email email@example.com
We send packages from our warehouse in Valencia (Spain) by the Spanish National “Correos” (Postal) via the certified service. Delivery time may vary and depends on your location (usually is 1 week for region and 2 weeks international). All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
* Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Refunds and Returns
At Aypa we are fully committed to our customer’s satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only Products purchased at www.aypa-spa.com can be returned to Aypa for a refund or an exchange. We will accept returns within 28 days of receipt of purchase. Only items that have not been opened and that retain their original packaging will be accepted. The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Aypa are not covered or reimbursed by us.
* We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please try to email us a photo of the damage to assist with the processing of the claim.
